The apartment is located in the building where the restaurants “Per Semper” and “Meat” are located. The entrance is new and maintained, with a new elevator and video surveillance. The apartment also has a garage, but it is not a condition for taking the apartment.

Interior and interior

The apartment is very nicely stylishly decorated , with quality furniture and plenty of storage space. It faces south-east and is very bright and cheerful. All rooms are very functional, spacious and comfortable. The appliances in the apartment are new and in working order.

The kitchen is really nice and has enough space, and in the extension is a large living room, with massive furniture. A large TV suits this kind of room.

The bedroom is equipped with a large double bed and there is also a wardrobe, which in our opinion is spacious enough.
